AZAA Engineering Consulting Services was founded in January 2022 and registered in the island of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

The Director and founder of the firm, Mr. Alexis V. George, brings professionalism and experience spanning over twenty years. The services offered allow us to oversee a project from start to finish for our Clients.

Mr. Alexis V. George

Senior Consultant

Senior Engineer with over 20 years experience, and holds a MSc (Earthquake Engineering), BSc (Civil Engineering) and Diploma (Building and Civil Engineering). As a professional he has been involved with the design, implementation and supervision of infrastructural projects in Dominica and Project Officer for the Geothermal Project Management Unit of the Ministry of Public Works, Energy and Ports. Mr. George has carried out structural designs and assessments of residential and commercial buildings in Dominica since 2009.

Mr. Terby Edwards

Engineering Consultant

Engineer with 14 years’ experience and holds a BSc (Civil Engineering). Mr. Edwards has experience in carrying out structural assessments on public buildings such as the Dominica Grammar School, Dominica State College and various Police Stations island wide on behalf of the Ministry of Public Works, Water Resource Management & Ports.

Mr. Jamie Jno Baptiste

Quantity Surveying Consultant

Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years experience and holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying (Hons), University of Technology, Jamaica, West Indies, and an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Dominica State College, Dominica. Additional training includes Monitoring and Evaluation, Procurement, and Tendering Process. Mr. JnoBaptiste has worked on several small to medium sized construction projects (Building and Civil Works).

Ms. Zeoni George

Assistant/Social Media Manager

Zeoni currently serves as the Travel with Clem brands Social Media Manager, managing the social media platforms with over 3000 followers and keeping them engaged and informed. Her abilities and efforts aided in increasing followers in less than a year and monetizing the YouTube page. She served as an executive member of the Umoja CHS up to the level of vice President. She was also the President of the CHS Environmental Club, a dancer and committee member of the St Mary Magdalene Church youth group, and graduated from the Dominica State College, with an associate degree in business.
